Day 01: Madurai Arrival Madurai, pick up from Airport/railway station/bus station and transfer to Hotel, afternoon visit Madurai Meenakshi Temple, Chokanadhar Temple, Alagar Temple, Lord Muruga Temple and night halt at Madurai.

 

Day 02: Madurai – Rameshawaram Rameshwaram (Chennai to Rameshwaram 572 km) is a small island in the Gulf of Mannar, is a major pilgrim centre. It is connected to the mainland by road and railway bridges. Rameswaram is a holy place because Sri Rama, on his return from Sri Lanka, offered his thanks to Lord Shiva and performed pooja to wash away his son in killing the Demon King, Ravana. Rameswaram is known for its 22 theerthas or wells in and around the main temple. This place is equally sacred to both Vaishnavites and Shaivites. According to Hindu Mythology, if one visits Rameswaram and prays to Lord Shiva one will be relieved of one’s sins. It is 197 metres long.

 

Day 03: Rameshawaram Rameshwaram, visit Hanuman Temple (24 ft.) Pamban Bridge, Navpanigriham, Dahanskodi, Kashi Vishwanatha Temple, 24 Kundalas, Ram Paravath, Sita Paravath, Hanuman Paravath, Vishnu Temple and night halt at Rameshwaram.

 

Day 04: Rameshawaram–Kanyakumari Morning Depart to Kanyakumari, visit Sunrise Point, Triveni Sangamam, Devikumari Amman Temple, Gandhi Mantapam, Kamarajmani Mantapam, Vivekananda Rock, Tiruvalluvar Statue (133 Ft.), Susendran Temple and night halt at Kanyakumari.

 

Day 05: Kanyakumari – Trivandrum Trivandrum Sightseeing – Zoo Muuseum, Katheermalika. Darshan at Sree Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Shopping in Trivandrum.

 

Day 06 Trivandrum Drop After Breakfast Transfer to Cochin or Trivandrum Airport / Railway station for onward journey to the home town tour ends with lifetime memories.
